Shaun's Bio
One of the most rewarding careers I have ever chosen is working in the Toronto Real Estate industry. There is nothing more rewarding than knowing that I am making a real difference in people's lives. I enjoy the feeling and experience of matching buyers with sellers and knowing that someone will be very happy with their choice of using me as their representative in buying or selling their home.
After graduating from University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Administrative Commercial Studies majoring in finance and economics, I worked for Boyle Commercial Real Estate Inc. as marketing representative as well as managing the company trusts account.
Following my work with the commercial real estate office, I developed my love and passion for real estate. Even though I enjoyed managing company trust account, I realized that I am also a people person and that I like working with people. I then chose to get my own real estate licence and began a career in real estate investment and still involved with investors today and with my own investment.
I have always been a determined person and diligent on what I set out to achieve. One of my goals in life is to be able to have positive effect on people's life while fulfilling my dream that will support a stable lifestyle and independence. Toronto real estate has been and always will be my life and passion.
The challenge that I face is that sometimes I have to convince potential clients that I DO have their best interest in mind and I Do think of my clients first. There is really a realtor that do believes and love this job with passion. As a realtor, I am by law to fulfill my fiduciary duty to my clients and I strongly believe I can only be successful in this business by being honest and respectful of my clients.
